Leelaram Overview
Leelaram Enterprises is one of the leading food processing consulting firm for greenfield and brown field food processing projects and related solutions.
Leelaram was founded by professionals with a combined experience of 160+ years of rich experience in Food Processing Industry, Food Product Development, NPD, Food Product Application Development, Product Improvement, Running and upgrading of Food Processing Lines, Packaging Lines, Process Improvements, Implementing Standard Operating Procedures, Finished Product Marketing for Domestic and International Markets.
Leelaram help customers in Food Processing Consulting by facilitating services at Product level, Process level, Plant level, On a Turnkey Project basis or based on a particular solution requirement or a problem statement at hand requiring resolution, automation, plant optimization, yield improvement, efficient production.
Leelaram Enterprises scope of work starts from helping their clients with identifying the right processing solutions, equipment's and machines for the desired finished product and setting up a food manufacturing plant, setting up SOP's and product creation and standardization followed with hand holding the plant post clients first batch of production has commenced.

Gaurav Garg
Mr. Gaurav Garg is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in Food Processing Industry & Learning & Development Industry.
Gaurav heads projects at Leelaram Enterprises from inception to Installation & commissioning, NPD, R & D, conducting lab trials, packaging selection, vendor management, client onboarding, Client Communications and overseeing greenfield and brown field project execution and successful delivery.
Gaurav has worked across Savory, Namkeen, Dry Fruits, Roasted Snacks, Dehydration, Vacuum Drying, Freeze Drying, Drum Drying, Tray Drying, RTC, RTE, Heat and Eat, Canning, Bottling, Pickles, Spices, Noodles, Taste Maker, Factory Audit, Plant Automation, factory and process automation, NPD, R&D, Lab Trials, Recipe creation, new and innovative product creations for Juices, Beverages, Functional Drinks, Sports Drinks, Electrolytes, Gourmet Snacks, Western Snacks, Extruded Snacks, Pellets, Sauces and Dips, Energy bars and Ladoo's, Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Healthy Snacks, etc.
Prior to co-founding Leelaram Enterprises, Gaurav has worked in various positions as Director, Area Head, Product Head, Key Account Manager, Channel Head, NPD, Business Development, Client Management, Delivery and Execution of various projects across Learning & Development, Education and Training, Equity Research, Market Research & Segment Research with companies such as Karrox Technologies, Amplify Mindware, SG Analytics, NIIT Ltd, HCL Infosystems Ltd., Shiv Nadar University & Galgotia's University.
Gaurav is a Postgraduate in International Business and Marketing from Indira School of Management Studies, Pune in 2005. Gaurav has studied International Business, Wine Marketing & Retail Management from ESSCA, Angers; France in 2004 and is Science Graduate with Statistics Major in 2002.

Mr. Deepak is a veteran & seasoned Food Technologist with 42+ years of experience in the Food Processing Industry.
He has wide experience in Canned Pulp, Canned Juices, Canned RTE, Ready To Eat Curries, Ready to Eat Gravies, Tomato Ketchup and Sauces, Jams & Jellies, Potato Flakes, Instant Premixes, Tomato Paste, Milk & condensed Milk, Pickles, Papad's, Culinary Pastes, Namkeens, Chips, Milk and Wheat based Sweets, Spices, Regional Blends, Breads, Rusk, Donuts, Cookies.
He has been instrumental in setting up plants for various companies and clients in India across different geographies and multisite locations with varied product basket. He has immense experience in raw material and packaging material standardization, operations management & production planning.
He has worked in Sudha Instant Soft Drinks, Snekhi Processors, Indian Food Fermentation Ltd., Nijjer Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd, Bikaji Foods International, Mothers Recipe, Choki Dhani, Kaka Halwai, Ajit Bakery before joining Leelaram Enterprises and has helped extensively in numerous areas and his contribution has helped clients benefit in product quality, operations, qualifying for domestic as well as International Markets.
Mr. Deepak is a B.Sc. B.Sc. (Food Tech.) and has graduated from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur in 1982.

Recently setup a Green Field project for Shivashrit Foods, Aligarh for Potato Flakes Manufacturing. This plant is one of most modern and state-of-the-art World class Potato Flakes processing plant in the Country.
Setup a Green Field Potato Flakes Plant at Merino Industries (Vegit) & instrumental in creating a Domestic and International market of 6000 MT/ Annum.
The business of potato flakes in India has since grown to 25,000 MT/Annum and room for more. Aloo Bhujia : The application for flakes for Aloo Bhujia has been a path breaking innovation done by Mr. Dinesh Garg and this has since grown phenomenally over the past few years and today it is a INR 2500 crore Industry. Potato flakes is being used by all small medium and leading manufacturers in India.
Created unique innovative methods and process for making snacks and sweets for Bikaji Foods International (Haldiram's Group) at Bikaner.
Developed numerous Product Applications of Potato Flakes for Hotels, Restaurants & Catering (HORECA), Industry like Haldiram's, Balaji Wafers, Parle, Bikaji, Pepsi, Nestle, General Mills, ITC, TTK, Dominos, McDonalds, Godrej and others to name a few.
Mr. Deepak has done thorough due diligence and audit for Akash Namkeen by Haldiram Group.
Created all spice blends for Choki Dhani from scratch to straight spices which became a well accepted product range among spices.
Due diligence of Shreeram Papad Bikaner for plant setup and expansion and product customization, improvement and production for them and for DBL.
Developed numerous RTE recipes USFDA approved for exports market/
Developed garlic ginger paste for Mothers recipe.
Developed canned Rasgulla project for Bikaji Foods International Ltd. and is ranked amongst the top manufacturers in India in this category.
Developed special Canned Fruits and Vegetables such as; Orange segments in Syrup, Guava slices, Mango slices, Canned Tomato, Canned Potato, Baked Beans in Tomato Sauces for Domestic, Export and Defense at NOGA.
